Microsoft has launched Microsoft 365 Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
Microsoft 365 ATP is meant to help organizations stay secure by detecting and addressing new and unknown threats. Initially launched in 2015, Microsoft 365 launched to protect “against unknown malware and viruses, real-time, time-of-click protection against malicious URLs, and rich reporting and URL trace capabilities,” Microsoft says (via OnMSFT). Now that same protection is being extended to SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
