TECH-ARROW is hiring for Sales Manager to join our excellent Sales Team!
The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities. Ensures business is turned over properly
and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on
building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Achieve personal sales
goals. Responsible for proactively soliciting business. Achieves personal and team related revenue goals. Turns business over
properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery in accordance with brand standards. Creates opportunities to grow
the account base through customer interactions.
What are we looking for?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and contracting strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Candidate with proven experience in the IT industry preferred.
- Experience selling IT brands.
- Experience in successfully developing and executing creative ways to improve the group pace, while focusing on the basics of
the sales process such as prospecting, account follow-up, etc. - Experience in developing marketing programs.
