File archive view
In contentACCESS Mobile file archive view you can see all the important properties. After clicking on a file, a more detailed view opens (the properties differ in terms of file format, modifications, etc.). You can also view the file sharing status, which shows a complete overview of every user who can access the file and the time to which the access is/was set.
Email archive view
After you click on an email in your inbox, the whole message will be opened in contentACCESS Mobile on your phone. If the email contains at least one attachment, you will be asked if you want to include it before forwarding the email. You have the option to Reply, Reply to all, and Forward.
SharePoint archive view
With Microsoft SharePoint it gets even more interesting. You can download any file directly to internal storage, or share it, just like you normally do with other files and emails from your phone. Or you can use the Share as Link option and simply point the recipient to the file.
Microsoft Teams archive view
With MS Teams, in contentACCESS Mobile you can download the file directly to internal storage or share the file as a whole item or via link.
